1. About These Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and PixelGamez governing your use of pixelgamez.com and any related services (together, the "Platform"). 4. Streaming & Content Creation
You may record, stream, and publish gameplay footage or screenshots from games played on PixelGamez, including on platforms like YouTube, Twitch, or TikTok, provided you do not misrepresent your relationship with PixelGamez (for example, implying an official partnership or endorsement that does not exist), do not infringe the rights of others, and comply with the terms of whatever platform you publish on. We may withdraw this permission at any time.
5. Accounts
You may create an account using Google Sign-In or other supported methods. You agree to provide accurate information and are responsible for all activity on your account, including keeping your login credentials secure. Notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, that we reasonably believe pose a security or legal risk, or that remain inactive for an extended period.
6. Rules of Conduct
When using the Platform, you agree not to: cheat, exploit bugs, or gain unfair advantages; harass, threaten, or discriminate against other users; post content that is obscene, hateful, or illegal; impersonate PixelGamez staff or other users; attempt to hack, scrape, or disrupt the Platform or its games; upload malware or malicious code; circumvent security or anti-cheat measures; or use the Platform for any unlawful purpose. Violating these rules may result in suspension or termination of your access.
7. User Content
Any content you submit to the Platform, such as profile information, comments, or feedback, remains yours. However, by submitting it, you grant PixelGamez a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and reproduce that content in connection with operating and promoting the Platform. You are responsible for ensuring your content does not infringe on the rights of others.
8. Third-Party Games
Most games available on PixelGamez are developed and hosted by third parties and made available on our Platform for your convenience. We do not own these games, and we are not responsible for their content, availability, bugs, or any data they may collect independently of PixelGamez. Some third-party games may have their own terms, which will govern your use of that specific game where applicable.
9. Advertising & Brand Integrations
PixelGamez is supported in part by advertising and brand partnerships. These placements do not imply an endorsement by PixelGamez of any advertised product, nor by you as a user simply by virtue of using the Platform. 10. Intellectual Property
The PixelGamez name, logo, design, and original site content are owned by PixelGamez and protected by intellectual property law. Games featured on the Platform remain the property of their respective developers or publishers. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any intellectual property to you beyond the limited license described in Section 3.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform and all games are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure, and we are not responsible for issues arising from third-party games or services.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PixelGamez is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any third-party game, including loss of data or interruption of service.
13. Changes to the Platform
We may add, remove, or modify games, features, or any part of the Platform at any time, for technical, legal, or business reasons, without prior notice.
14. Termination
You may stop using the Platform and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, create legal risk for PixelGamez or other users, or for any other reasonable cause.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date. Continuing to use the Platform after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.
