House of Hazards
House of Hazards is a local multiplayer game where finishing a simple chore is anything but simple, because your housemates are actively trying to stop you. Make coffee, check the mail, water the plants — ordinary tasks turned chaotic by taps that misfire, lights that fall, and toast that flies through the air with genuine intent to harm.
How to Play
The goal sounds mundane on paper: complete a short list of household tasks around the house. In practice, every task is a minefield, because the other players in the house are lurking nearby, ready to trigger a hazard the second you're in range. New players are better off starting in Time Trial mode first, just to get a feel for the controls and layout before other players get involved.
Getting Things Done
Progress comes from finishing tasks scattered around the house — small, everyday errands that would take seconds anywhere else. Here, every one of them is a chance for someone else to catch you off guard.
Making Life Difficult for Everyone Else
The flip side of the game is just as important. When you're not racing to finish your own tasks, you're free to sabotage everyone else's — firing off taps, flinging toast, triggering lasers, dropping lights on unsuspecting housemates, or even grabbing a fallen player and locking them away in a chest. Causing chaos is just as valid a strategy as staying focused.
Players
House of Hazards supports up to four players at once — two on keyboard, two on gamepad — or you can play solo against up to three AI-controlled opponents if you don't have a full house to fill out.
